TOURNAMENT FORMAT


REGISTRATION: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
SHOTGUN START: 9:30 a.m.
FORMAT OF PLAY: 4 player team scramble with handicap (Ambrose Competition)
COST: $175.00
per player (includes continental breakfast, box lunch, dinner, range balls, golf cart and a special gift for you and your guest)

$75.00 dinner only
ENTRY DEADLINE: September 1st, 2010 with full payment
(R.S.V.P. via Mail, FAX or E-Mail)


Dinner and Awards Ceremony will follow the tournament. Box lunches will be provided at the turn.
